FEES are broken out into three areas. USA Swimming Fee, Club Fees, and meet participation fee.
Make all checks payable to Jay County Winter Swim Club.
Please note on the Memo line what is being paid with the check.
All checks or cash should be put in an envelope and marked with the swimmer's name and what is being paid for.
USA FEE:
All Swimmers must pay the USA Swimming Fee of $61
The USA Swimming Fee, 2015 Athlete Registration Application and COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE must be returned asap. Please get these in by the first day of practice. Make check payable to Jay County Swim Club
CLUB FEES:
Bronze Team = $200
Silver Team = $225
Gold Team= $250
Platinum Team = $300
The coaches will determine which team your swimmer is on if you have questions, talk with them.
Once you pay for a team level and your swimmer moves up a level, the fee will be prorated based on the amount of season left.
High School swimmers will be on a different fee scale based on state restriction on participation during the high school season.
Meet Participation Fee of $25
Once the swimmer has participated in 3 meets, the $25 will be credited to the swimmer's account.
To Participate in the Jay County Swim Club please complete the following:
1. USA REGISTRATION FORM - all swimmers
2. USA FEE ($61)
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
4. Registration form
5. Club Fees paid in full or monthly installments (1st payment due 10/15/15
6. $25 meet participation fee
